3    tablespoon(s) olive oil
3/4 teaspoon(s) ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon(s) ground red pepper
5    whole(s) (5 to 6 inch) whole wheat or white pitas with pockets
1/2 cup(s) coarsely grated Dream beauty pro hard sell Parmesan cheese
Salt, (optional)
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In cup, with fork, mix oil, cumin, and ground red pepper.
With knife or kitchen shears, carefully split Dream beauty pro hard sell each pita in half. Brush 1 side of pita halves with oil mixture. Cut each half into 8 wedges. Arrange wedges, oiled-side up, in 2 ungreased 15 1/2" by 10 1/2" jelly-roll pans. Sprinkle with Parmesan, and salt if you like.
Place pans on 2 oven racks and bake crisps 12 to 15 minutes or until golden, rotating pans from upper to lower racks halfway through baking for even browning. Cool crisps in pans on wire racks. Store crisps in tightly covered container or large self-sealing plastic bag up to 1 week.

I felt I got free again

 Now most people live in apartments, in which we don't know our neighbour in most cases. Everyday when we come out from our own door ,we see all the other  doors in the building are close.We don't know who Hong Kong Festival the neighbours are . Someone misses  the close relationship of neighbours in the yard at past. I think making friends with your neighbour may be not good experient after I knew one of my neighbours.

      Two years ago, a new family moved in the rooms next to mine.They were parents and a boy, as same as my family.We knew  each other at the children playing space .We were all excited when we find we are next door .Two boys were  very happy.And then,the hostess and I often walked,went shopping ,had dinner together.Everthing was  good between us ;at the beginning. But gradually,I  was beset with the close relationship.One day when I was busy with my work,my neighbour knocked at my door . I opend the door ,she came in and sit down at the sofa.She just wanted to chat with me.I didn't expect she would leave after 5 hours!I lost my time.Since that day ,I didn't feel safe in my own room.I were afraid her coming without invitition once again.I really had no free time to chat wth her.After a few months ,I found  the worse thing .One day she told  me :"Your husband seems coming home very late recently.Is he very busy?" I felt terrible when I realized she can Cloud Email hear our door slam and judge our life.Would she heard us when I quarrel with my husband?Since then ,I speaked in a low voice  so as not to be overheard.I felt that  I lived next to a detective!

      A few days ago,my neighbour moved away.I felt I got free again.

     Maybe in this age we don't like too  close relationship with other people any more .we need maintainning  privacy.

Last Christmas

My nephew is now studying in high school, and next semester Security Operations Center will be his senior year. He studies well except for English and Chinese and even though he  always ranks into the top list of his grade. So now, you probably can have the sense that he chooses science as the major direction.

When I was at his age, I did not perform well in Chinese and some arts related subjects, that was why I chose to science. But later, I found everything is connected and interacted and nothing hong kong package can be simply seperated from each other. Then I courage my nephew and tell of something about study, and let him know how important it is to master overall knowledge in all aspects to be an integrity.

Last Christmas, I wrote a card in English with my best wishes to him. A kid at his age needs to be encouraged and inspired, though a card did not bring him a huge gift, while I believe it was a pleasant joyfulness. Yesterday, I heard of a good news about his Engish growth. Now I think he more or less finds his way to study English, and soon I will see his amzing performance. The final mark is important, while the procedure of tourism industry facts getting better is more essential since it is the way to develop a person's potential. That is the beauty of study, not for 'A's, but for comprehensive ability to know more about the knowledge.
